TouRex wasn’t born in a boardroom, it was born through real conversations:

  • Between professionals who understand Curaçao.
  • Between business owners in hospitality who couldn’t find the right people.
  • And between job seekers who felt left out.

We did not build TouRex because it was easy. We built it because of our love for Curaçao.

We are experienced professionals who were either born and raised in Curaçao or have lived and worked here for more than 20 years. This island shaped who we are and worked alongside the tourism sector for years.

But we saw something broken:

  • Talented people unsure where or how to start
  • Employers struggling to find the right talent to run their businesses
  • A negative image and lack of pride to work in Hospitality
  • A sector under high pressure, with few tools and missing connections.

We believe the talent and opportunities are here. We believe tourism deserves proud people and powerful teams. We just have to connect people.

So, we decided to build TouRex. A platform designed to raise the standard and help both job seekers and employers find each other. Not just by listing jobs, but by making meaningful connections and investing in qualified people for tourism.
